I'm Mark, a Personal Trainer since 2019, and I specialise in helping people who are new to the gym go from confused and lost to confident and strong.
My Gym Starter Programme is a four-week, one-to-one coaching plan designed to take the guesswork out of training. I won’t just tell you what to do, I’ll show you how to use the gym properly so you can feel confident going forward.

How It Works:
I’ve designed this programme to be a bridge. You start with me by your side, and you finish with the skills to be on the gym floor by yourself.
Step 1: Your Free Consultation
Before we lift a single weight, we’ll sit down and chat. We’ll discuss your goals, any past injuries, and exactly what makes you feel overwhelmed in the gym. This ensures we start at a pace that feels right for you.
Step 2: Weekly One-to-One Session
Once a week for four weeks, we’ll meet for a one-to-one coaching session.
I’ll show you exactly how to set up the machines and perform the exercises.

You’ll perform the movements with my guidance. If your form is slightly off, I’m right there to gently correct it.

We’ll record your starting weights in your training app together, so you have a baseline for progress.
Step 3: Your Solo Sessions
Between our weekly sessions, you’ll head to the gym to try the workout on your own.

You'll have a plan and know what to do. Everything we did together is stored in your app.

If you get stuck or a machine looks different from how you remember, just message me in the app.
Step 4: Refine & Repeat
When we meet for our next session, we’ll review your "solo" workout. If you had any trouble or felt confused, we’ll iron it out immediately. We keep layering your knowledge until everything clicks.
